Below is a real estate development presentation that was submitted to the ENY Community Board #5. on Jan 21, 2009 That I feel is out of touch with our ENY Community needs and real estate development outlook.

 ENY Urban Youth is a great organization founded by Mr. Winchester Key.

                   I have personally known Mr. Winchester Key. for over 17 year's and in that time he has risen to become one of the top real estate developers within East New York Brooklyn. We agree to disagree with each other regularly and I presently firmly disagree with Mr. Winchester Key building new residential homes on a the last commercial strip we have that could bring in 1000's of new jobs. What is the core ingredient that makes New York City what it is ? Give up, its our MTA Bus and Train Transit system because it can shuttle huge amounts of people in a way that no other form can duplicate. We should develope Livonia Avenue from Pennsylvania Avenue to Van Sinderlen Avenues in a way that resembles Manhattans 42 nd Street, this would clean up our notorious dead beat image and turn us into a place people would place on their tourist list where we could have foreign tourist buses driving through our area and attract either a major computer corporation, or a company that deals with manufacturing solar powered panel enclosures or some other major company that could provide a large amount of jobs to our community residents. We presently have enough residential homes and do not need any more of them along Livonia Avenue. What I would like to see built on Livonia Avenues commercial strip is. Four through five ten through fifteen story buildings that would provide jobs to the community, while having restaurants, a new theater, stores and other needed commercial business that would drive local home prices up and increase the value of ENY Brooklyn 1,2,3.
