Dear: NYC,

         ENY & Brownsville residents are way out of touch, and out of step with technology compared to the rest of the world. In an era filled with cell phones, jet planes, satellites, automobiles, computer generated scheduling, imaging, PDC palm pilots, portable computers and no one knows better than I The WEb"MAster Randy Hudson and others in the know realize that ENY and Brownsville Brooklyn Communities are way out of touch skipping, trying to hop on the wrong leg to catch up and stay up in step with time and the rest of the computerized world. It is time for everybody, to update their thought patterns specially the so African and Hispanics being the so called ethic minority groups within NYC who are now the majority of residents can take their rightful place in the future as true leaders by utilizing computers to communicate with each other through e-mail, e-commerce, web sites, and text messaging services to help change our future. With 1000's of new two, through three - six hundred thousand dollar private homes being built daily and approximately 80,000 - 100,000 new resident's coming into our ENY & Brownsville Brooklyn Community. Our computer networking and communication infrastructure of ENY and Brownsville Brooklyn has to be updated redesigned and rethought out. That is why I started this online web site so community residents could establish a better quality of life for themselves. Remember employers want online e-mail and  job resumes faxed to them, employers do not want to see you anymore until you have passed their 1, 2, 3, test of, 1. I do not want, 2. I can't stand, and 3. you got to have battery of personal tests. If you win, only then will you be allowed to obtain a chance at the job, its like winning the lottery when you get a face to face interview with the employer you want in order to obtain the new job that you still, may not get. Our site gives you a chance at meeting other Americans from other parts of the country and from mucho foreign countries who could eventually come over and see you as a new friend, business partner and to tour our great community. We really should have tour buses rolling around and walking tours going through our ENY and Brownsville communities just like they do in Downtown Brooklyn, and up in Harlem NYC but first area crime must decrease. No employer wants to see anyone these days that is why it is so important to have an education, e-mail address, a job resume and a web site so you can meet new people without traveling all the way across town in your car or get on an Airplane, Bus or Train just to say hello.

            With the huge amount of new home improvements and with a major reduction in crime could bring more money and jobs into our neighborhood. Support our efforts because we believe in you ENY & Brownsville and we want NYC to believe in us. ENY and Brownsville is currently going through a major landscape change, but residents are still acting like tried old work horses back in the old pioneer days. My dream is to move ENY and Brownsville residents right into the new computer age, so your quality of life will be better than mine was back during the 1950's - 2007. This is a one of a kind web site, I am a rare one of a kind man, and I want to help my do or die community one of a kind community resident's to obtain jobs that will help feed their families. I have been organizing adult and youth empowerment programs within the ENY N.Y.C.H.A Cypress Hills Projects Community area for over 32 year's.

It's common knowledge out their within my ENY Cypress Hills Projects Facility. I found that education has been my best defense against poverty, I went to college, I fixed my own car, taught myself 17 year's worth of advanced computer programming skills, write business program proposals, I'm a full , and I have mastered Business Administration, Marketing, and Advertising Skills because I had to. No one made me do it but I realized a long time ago if you do not have the money then you really have no choice but to educate yourself and learn how to make ends meet legally other wise you'll be doing the wrong thing and most likely, wind up in jail. Being a tuff guy on the streets doesn't count for anything in the real world you can't use it as an old reference for a new job it's alot like telling your new perspective employer that you went to jail for shooting three people on the corner because they were trying to take your drug sales corner from you. Your, Yo Holmes, A E-say man, is only good if your career is sliding towards being a street gangster or working for the mob. I am not a Johnny come lately to the hood, I am one of the vanishing breed from  " The Power To The People Generation " that is still here since the1950's, right off a N.Y.C.H.A Project Bench. I see myself as going from the street corner to the board room as I like to say, I just got tired of being, sick and tired, I survived bullets whizzing by me with no names on it, I was not involved in doing anything to have my name on a bullet but just like pesky flies, they were always buzzing around the neighborhood with no names on them because people just did not know how to shoot straight. I got tired of people saying what they could do while doing nothing and complaining about everything. I live in an area where 75% of The African & Hispanic Male residents regularly go to Jail and where out of every five males you pass on the street, one of them is a convicted felon. I would like to help change that, most males in the hood are good people they just need some direction and a little extra special attention. I had three personal friends that were killed by Police and I could have easily became a statistic too during a fight with a plain clothes NYC Police Officer over a case of mistaken identity, many of my old friends are now dead, we all have to die one day, but most of my old friends did not die of natural causes !

             I could write a very large book about all of the tragic events I know about that happened to good people and to others I personally know attached to unlawful NYC Police stories and away from negative NYC Police stories. I have always been denied, I do my best work out of anger. "I WILL NOT BE DENIED" so now you will not be denied all due to my fortitude. I fought back by over educating myself but you also need contacts and networking connections to help you get you over the hump. I believe any one man or woman can make a difference in this sometimes stupid, crazy mixed up world of ours, we'll see if I'm right or wrong, "Nothing To It" , "This Is How We Do It"  ! If I am right, it will be acknowledged in the future as I leave my footprints on the beach in the sands of time. I'm a man of vision with countless new ideas like white on rice, this web site shall shake, rattle, wake up alot of people, open many eyes, increase area economic development opportunities, and increase business commerce for some NYC business owners who will hopefully help to employ local area resident's. Or even better I'll help the resident's open up their own small businesses "YEAH BaBe" ! I get a "RUSH" every time I say "YEAH BABY", "YEAH", and "Oh YEAH" or " HIT MAY " !. You'll see these words popping up all over my web site from time to time [Smile] these words make me feel good and do something to me I can't fully explain, similar to flying in the sky with no wings and NO I DO NOT DRINK OR TAKE DRUGS } making money and doing positive things is a natural high. These words motivate me, they help me accomplish things, I thought I never could do, these words seem to push me forward some how over the limit and makes me feel good like I'am taking Vitamin E, and B-12 Vitamins " HIT MAY " ! 

          This interactive web site shall affect over 75% of the ENY, Brownsville and Bed-Sty area residents that have and do not have access to cell phones and computers. It shall immediately affect resident's both near and far helping to change their personal and social lives on a day-to-day basics. Our site shall spread influence-bringing organizations to the table, providing critical HIV/AIDS medical information to far away places, and initiate major community political decisions at the voting polls in the future.  We were instrumental in getting ENY Community Board #5 to listen to us and make The MTA rezone the B-83 and have it go into The ENY Gateway Mall Starting Nov 18, 2007 - " HIT MAY "  YEAH " ! I feel like one of those pioneers, back in the good old western day's feeling real "EXCITED" about discovering " GOLD ", in them Dar Hills! History will tell if I'm right or wrong, as we enter the future as ENY and Brownsville Brooklyn crosses into.

It may look like a regular garage, but inside some amazing journeys are beginning to take shape.

Dr. Bruce Charash, a cardiologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, says he was inspired to take action after seeing the amount of unused medical supplies thrown out at U.S. hospitals every day.

“In the range of 7,000 tons a day of medical supplies are thrown out that could be reused or have never been used, and that's a stunning amount,” says Charash.

In 2005 he started a non-profit called Doc to Dock as a commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative.

The group connects the surplus of supplies that are either incinerated or sent to landfills to those who need them. They ask physicians, nurses, and dedicated volunteers to collect and redistribute the supplies, excluding medication, to hospitals and patients in Africa.

Donations to the group are used to send the supplies, and Dr. Charash and his team travel to the countries they serve to show them how to use the products they send.

“If you give us $5.00, we deliver $100.00 of supplies to Africa, because we are collecting expensive things that would otherwise be discarded,” says Charash. “We have gotten hundreds and hundreds of calls of people wanting to give us a wheelchair or a walker or some gauze. It's been really heart warming.”

Whether you end up giving money or medical supplies, Dr. Charash says the return is really two-fold.

“We are what's called a 501 -C3 charity, which means we are a non-profit organization. All gifts to us are tax deductible,” says Charash.

Lisa Heller, a certified public accountant, says that documentation is what makes the difference when it comes to getting that tax deduction.

“In order to claim any charitable donation, you need to have either a receipt from the charity or some other kind of bank record, such a as a cancelled check, a credit card slip, or an account statement of some kind,” says Charash.

She says many people donate to charity because they want to give back, but they also should know that as long as the charity is recognized as a 501c3 there are tax advantages.

“If somebody makes, let’s say for an example, $60,000 a year, and they donate $1,000 to a valid charity, their tax, and assuming they itemize their deductions, their tax is going to be based, not on the $60,000, but on $59,000 which is $60,000 minus the $1,000 charitable contribution,” says Heller.

While the tax deduction does save you money, Charash says New Yorkers biggest goals are to give from the heart.

“I think it’s a duty we have,” says Charash. “Many people share that feeling. We have seen an incredible outpouring of generosity ” !
